A 15-year-old was hurt following a shooting in Vacaville on Halloween night, according to the Vacaville Police Department. Officers responded to a shooting outside a home near Canterbury Circle and Hampton Street at 10:22 p.m., the police department said. There, authorities said they found a 15-year-old lying on the roadway who appeared to have been shot. The teenager was taken to the hospital in critical condition, according to police. Authorities later said the teen is in stable condition and expected to survive.
